It is summer in the city. Beneath the steel bridge, the rhythmic clatter of the subway echoes as it cuts its way through the city above people’s heads. Just past the next intersection, a narrow side street leads toward an unassuming building. But listen closely, and behind the sounds of the city, muffled music and voices start to seep out. With every step, they grow clearer, the vibration more tangible. Once there, the door seems to swing open almost on its own, revealing a room charged with bubbling energy. Zesty yuzu, grapefruit, and lime fill the air. In the middle of a circle: two people breakdancing. Loud hip-hop is playing, people nod to the beat, cheer, clap for every move. An accord of wasabi, Timur, Sichuan, and black pepper cuts through. Between fluid motion and precise tension, the dancing bodies become one with the music. They radiate energy and attitude, turning movement into emotion and speak without words. Amberwood, Orcanox, and a sun-warmed concrete accord round out the moment. But the feeling of being part of something bigger, something unifying – damn, that stays.

Wasabi Klub comes in a bottle that stores light and glows electrically in the dark.

Top Notes: Yuzu Extract, Grapefruit, Lime
Heart Notes: Wasabi Accord, Timur Pepper, Sichuan Pepper, Black Pepper

Behind the Fragrance

"It started with a memory: the first time I saw breakdancing as
a kid. The energy, the crowd, the feeling of belonging to some-
thing."

Room 1015

Imagine yourself transported back to a time when the Continental Hyatt Hotel, also known as the "Riot House", was the "Place to be". The 70s were a decade of total delirium for every self-respecting rock band, and LA was an inevitable stop on the journey. Motorcycles in the hallways, the overflowing rooftop pool, Jim Morrison dangling from a balcony, the epic drum battles of Keith Moon from The Who…Or, even more iconic: The Christ-like Robert Plant, who considered himself a golden god above the Sunset Strip. With his angelic hair, Nepalese bracelets, and tight T-shirt, he was convinced that he had finally found the stairway to heaven. Room 1015 remains a place of contemplation today. The nostalgia of an era of absolute freedom, where the air still smells of sweat, leather, fur, alcohol, burnt patchouli, and open flight cases...
